For 1, the only year in which Obama is expected to spend 1.7 trillion is possibly this year. 2, each year that Bush was in office. He has spent over 1.7 trillion. We were at a surplus when we took office. When Obama took office, we were in a deficit. I’ve never heard any breaking news about Obama crying about the Senate…it’s actually the Senate and Congress that have filibuster each and every plan that the Democrats have had.?
