Need expert opinions for buying laptops for basic daily necessities or wait for new next generation iPad 5.?
Question by shreyas k: Need expert opinions for buying laptops for basic daily necessities or wait for new next generation iPad 5.?
I think there is no point in purchasing cheap $ 500 laptop for basic daily use. Unless it I need to buy laptop for gaming. I think best value for price is Mac retina display. It comes with solid graphics card. Processor is standard i5.
Previous, I used Dell 14″ and these time wanted to buy 15″. Comparing my necessities and for what I’ll be using laptop. I compromised between new iPad or 15″ retina display Mac Book. In iPad we do have word kind word editor’s, power point presentation. What else we need? It’s better to be Apple ecosystem. Seems reasonable to me.
Want some feedback regarding my thoughts. Appreciated your feedback. Thank you all for reading and posting answers.

Meh, i would just buy a full fletched laptop, sure, it might cost some more, but you don’t need to forget it’s actually a full fletched computer. Which will give you way better performance then an overpriced piece of garbage called the iPad. (Not that the iPad is junk, it’s just way too expensive for the performance that you get.)
And i would buy something like an Asus or Lenovo, since they have a pretty good track record on me!
